A boat trip and mooching around
We decided to hire a gulet for the day. A Gulet is a typical wooden Turkish cruising yacht. It has a large, rounded stern area which is well-suited for comfortable eating and lounging. Our skipper “Yas”had messaged us the night before to confirm that there were no issues with the weather, so on Sunday morningContinueContinue reading “A boat trip and mooching around”
Guests in town & the Saklikent Gorge

We decided that we’d keep to our early morning exercise routine, followed by a good walk, swappingContinueContinue reading “Released from quarantine!”
Guests in town, great views and long walks.
Our youngests and blondest Christien arrived with his best friend Brad, for a 5-day visit, which was really nice! They’re not really beach bums, so they mixed things up. We had a couple of days in Dubrovnik, well we did the days with them and they did the nights! They walked the walls, as gettingContinueContinue reading “Guests in town, great views and long walks.”
